We the undersigned call on the UK, Welsh and Northern Irish governments to:
- Regulate cat breeding in England, Wales and Northern Ireland*, and
- Ban the breeding of cats with extreme traits that could cause health and welfare issues for them and their kittens.
*Cat breeding is regulated in Scotland.
